Inside Out Aesthetics, Scottsdale’s premier med spa, is excited to offer training at IOA Academy!
We offer advanced education opportunities to those passionate about entering the aesthetics industry. Come experience our 2-day comprehensive training on cosmetic injections, including Botox and/or Filler. Upon completion, you will have acquired the skills to safely and confidently begin your career as an esthetics injector.
In this training, you can expect:
- Intro to skin assessments
- A deep understanding of anatomy and physiology
- 1:1 hands-on training with our experienced instructors
- Clinical days to refine your skills, gaining competence and confidence

WHY IOA ACADEMY?
Our approach-is methodical. We believe there is a difference between training and educating. While some trainings are 1 day, our comprehensive program arms our students with a high level of competence and confidence to provide safe and desired results to clients.
Our instructors-have over 20 years in the aesthetics industry and have a deep passion for their craft. They are committed to sharing their expertise and knowledge to ensure students have a deep understanding of anatomy, chemistry and clinical indications.
Our commitment-to you doesn’t end at the completion of the course. Our team provides ongoing mentorship and guidance to ensure you feel supported as you begin your aesthetics journey.

Abbey is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing career started in 2015 as a pediatric nurse at Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH). There, she specialized in acute care on the neurology, trauma and transplant floor. During this time, she also pursued a role in teaching as a clinical instructor for nursing students. In 2017, Abbe
Abbey is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing career started in 2015 as a pediatric nurse at Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH). There, she specialized in acute care on the neurology, trauma and transplant floor. During this time, she also pursued a role in teaching as a clinical instructor for nursing students. In 2017, Abbey was able to achieve a long-term dream, combining medicine with aesthetics, opening up her own medical spa in parallel to her full-time job with PCH. Abbey has always believed that the results of aesthetics and injectables should leave the client feeling natural, confident, and above all else, safe. This approach to aesthetics allowed Abbey to cross paths with Terri, and in 2018 Abbey would join the IOA team and the rest is history. Abbey continues to pursue her passion for teaching today, playing a pivotal in the IOA academy courses. Abbey values the relationships she is able to create with every patient while making their wellness and aesthetics dreams a reality.
